New casinos without a licence 2026: what a new operator writes in its terms
Which operators in the ranking carry the most recent licence dates, what such a date shows, and which clauses of the terms you read before you deposit with a newcomer.
This page sorts the newcomers by a date that can be checked: the day the licence was issued, according to the register or the operator's own documents. A licence date is not the same thing as the day a site opened, but it is the only starting date anyone other than the operator has written down.
Three operators in the ranking carry licence dates from 2025: Wild Fortune, Jack.com and Vave. Below is what their papers say, and after that the clauses you should read at any newcomer before you deposit.
How a newcomer is measured
We use two sources and keep them apart. The strongest is the register of the authority that issued the licence, because the entry is written by somebody other than the operator. Next strongest are the operator's own terms or footer, which show what the company states itself. Advertising, press releases and dates on other websites do not count, and where no date stands we give none. A year in an advertising banner therefore weighs nothing, not even when a site makes a point of it.
Sorted by date of issue, the ranking looks like this. Wild Fortune's Anjouan licence is from 30 September 2025, Jack.com's Curaçao certificate from 23 July 2025, and Vave's licence has been active since 19 May 2025. After them comes Wild.io, whose certificate was issued on 14 April 2025, and three certificates from 2024: Shuffle.com (16 October), Bitsler (22 July) and Bitcasino.io (1 July). For Rocketpot, Metaspins, Rainbet, Thunderpick, Wolfbet and TrustDice the list gives no date of issue, and they are therefore not placed in this order.
A list of new casinos that carries no such dates cannot be checked, however fresh the heading looks. The order here is also a different one from the ranking on the front page, where the score decides. A recent date is worth no points in itself; it only says how long the licence has existed. Three newcomers with a licence from 2025
Wild Fortune: a licence from autumn 2025
Wild Fortune is run by Metlait SRL, and the Anjouan register shows licence ALSI-202509073-FI2 as issued on 30 September 2025. The same entry states that the licence expires on 29 September 2026, and wildfortune.io stood among the domains when the register was read on 12 September 2026. The licence belongs to the company and covers 29 domains, so wildfortune.io is one of several sites under the same number. The terms also name Tobique and the number 0000064 in clause 1.1.
Among the newcomers in the ranking it is Wild Fortune that writes out the earliest demand for identification: under clause 2.7 identification has to be shown before play with BTC, and under 11.2 before every withdrawal. The documents have to be sent in no later than two weeks after you have requested the withdrawal. How such a check differs from logging in with BankID is explained in the walkthrough of two different checks. The deposit has to be wagered three times under 9.7, and withdrawals carry a daily cap of 1,000 €, a weekly cap of 5,000 € and a monthly cap of 15,000 € (11.8). Since the licence expires soon, look the entry up again after 29 September 2026 before you deposit more money.
Jack.com: a new name and a certificate of its own
Jack.com was formerly called Jackbit and has used the new name since 29 May 2026. The Curaçao register shows its own active certificate for the domain jack.com, OGL/2024/1562/1139, standing in the name of Data Link Digital B.V. and issued on 23 July 2025. A different certificate applies to the earlier address jackbit.com.
Among the newcomers Jack.com is the clearest example of a change of name. It shows why you should search on the domain and not on the brand: a new address can carry a different company and a different number from the old one, and it is the certificate for the address you actually play on that counts. Vave: licensed since May 2025
Vave stands above the ranking, outside the scoring. The company is Latcas B.V. The licence, OGL/2024/1676/0905, was issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority and has been active since 19 May 2025. On 12 September 2026 the certificate portal cert.cga.cw listed only one domain under the certificate, vavegame.com, and vave.com was missing.
Section 8 of the terms, read on 25 August 2026, is clear on three points. Under 8.7 Vave may check identity before every payout, and you have 14 days to send the documents. Clause 8.11 requires the deposit to be wagered before a withdrawal: three times for play in the casino or the live casino, once for sports betting. Clause 8.8 sets no cap per period, while wins from 50,000 USDT may in exceptional cases be split into equal payments.
At Vave the desk has also deposited and withdrawn its own money, on 28 August 2026. The account withdrew close to 5,000 USDT in total without any document being asked for, which describes one account over one period and not a rule, because clause 8.7 continues to apply. The campaign page on 24 August 2026 promised 150% on the first deposit, up to 1.5 BTC, plus 100 free spins. Vave also runs a sportsbook. What to check at a new site
The same five points work for every newcomer, whether it stands in the ranking or not:
- The licence in the register. Look the domain up in the right register: the Curaçao portal cert.cga.cw or the public Anjouan register, depending on who issued the licence. Check status, company name, domain and expiry date; Wild Fortune shows why the expiry date matters, and Rocketpot, whose 1668/JAZ showed as invalid on 12 and 13 September 2026, why the status does.
- The identity clause. Look for what starts the review, which amount if any is named, and what deadline you are given. Bitcasino.io writes out 2,500 € in clause 6.6, Rocketpot 2,500 US$ in 11.4 and 2,000 US$ in 12.4.
- Wagering the deposit. Several operators want the deposit staked before a withdrawal; at Wild Fortune (9.7), Rocketpot (11.2) and Vave (8.11) it has to be staked three times. How the requirements are counted is in the walkthrough of wagering rules.
- The list of restricted countries. The terms enumerate the countries where the operator does not offer play, and what that means for an account is described on the page about country clauses and registers.
- The contracting party. Compare the company in the terms with the company on the certificate. Wild.io is an example: the certificate names Nonce Gaming B.V., the terms Stack Gaming Ltd.
At a new site it is often points two and three that decide how the first withdrawal goes. Why a new date does not say everything
A recent licence date means the licence is new, not that the operator is. The same company may have run other sites before, and one licence can cover many domains, as Metlait SRL's 29 do. The reverse holds too: an older certificate can belong to a site that has just changed its name or address, as when Jackbit became Jack.com. A list of new casinos should therefore be read together with the register.
The dates can change as well. A licence can expire, as Wild Fortune's does on 29 September 2026, and a portal can show a number as invalid. Metaspins is an example of something else. There the terms print the Anjouan number ALSI-202606048-FI2, while Metaspins N.V. stood as active for metaspins.com in the Curaçao register on 12 September 2026. Two authorities and two numbers make it harder to know who supervises, and the question can only be sorted out in the two registers. A new name on the list is therefore a reason to read, not a reason to hurry. Among newcomers it is the ones that write out amounts, deadlines and company names that can be held to what they say, and that holds whatever the age of the licence.
