Curaçao: the certificate portal cert.cga.cw

The Curaçao Gaming Authority shows its certificates in a portal at cert.cga.cw. The search works from domain or company name, not from a licence number, so if you only have the number from the footer you have to start with the web address instead. Every certificate shows holder, number, status and the domains covered.

The domain list is what most often decides. Vave's certificate, OGL/2024/1676/0905 in the name of Latcas B.V., listed a single domain on 12 September 2026, vavegame.com, while vave.com was missing. The status is the second point to read. Rocketpot's terms give 1668/JAZ in clause 1.2, and in the portal the same number stood as “not valid” on both 12 and 13 September 2026.

Anjouan: the public licence register

The Anjouan register at anjouangaming.com shows, for each licence, the company, the number and the status, when the licence was issued and when it ends, and which domains it covers. It is one of the fuller registers, because the domains stand directly in the entry.

Two things are worth reading closely. The first is the domain list: the entry for Metlait SRL, the number ALSI-202509073-FI2 that Wild Fortune uses, covers 29 domains, and wildfortune.io was among them on 12 September 2026. The second is the expiry date, which has to be read together with the status. The licence ends on 29 September 2026, and one entry we read in the same register stood as valid although its printed expiry date had already passed. Read both columns, then, not only the status.

Licence status, operator by operator

The table shows what the terms and the registers said about Vave and the twelve operators in the ranking. The dates give the day the register was read.

A few rows need a comment. Metaspins has two authorities that do not agree: the terms point to Anjouan, the register in Curaçao to Metaspins N.V. Wild.io has an active certificate, but the company on the certificate and the company in the terms are different. Jack.com, formerly Jackbit, changed its name on 29 May 2026 and has its own certificate for the new domain.

Malta compared with Curaçao and Anjouan

The three registers answer the same basic questions: who holds the licence, what status it carries and which sites it covers. The differences lie in how you search and how much the entry shows.

• Malta: you search on the company in the authority's register of licence holders and compare with the contracting party in the terms.
• Curaçao: you search on domain or company name in cert.cga.cw, and the certificate lists the domains.
• Anjouan: the entry shows domains, date of issue and last day of validity in the same view.

Sweden in the operators' restricted-country lists

Most operators carry a list in their terms of countries where the service may not be used. The figure on this page shows, for Vave and the twelve in the ranking, what each list says about Sweden, with clause and date of reading. This is the only page on the site where that entry is reported.

Such a list is part of the agreement. If your country stands in the list, an account from there breaks the terms, even if the registration goes through without trouble. The operator may then close the account, void play and hold winnings back. Wild Fortune writes in clause 2.4, for instance, that players from listed places have no right to a refund or a withdrawal.

The lists can also be several and of different lengths in the same document. Rocketpot has two lists, in clause 3.1 and clause 2.1.11, and they do not cover the same countries. Read the whole terms, then, and not only the first list you find.

The lists change over time as well, so the date of reading in the figure is part of the entry. Check the terms again before you open an account, and ask the operator in writing if anything is unclear. How we read and date the terms is described in our method. What to do with the entries

A register gives you three things: the right company to approach, a status to follow and a domain list to compare against. Keep the details before you deposit, because they are what you cite if a case gets stuck.

For every operator you use, this is worth writing down:

• the licence number and the name of the authority
• the company in the register and the company in the terms, where they differ
• the domain you are playing on and whether it stands in the entry
• the status and any expiry date, with the day you read the register
• the terms in the version you accepted when the account was opened
